Food Surveillanc School 2011 Wed 24 to Friday 26 August, Holroyd Centre, Merrylands

This year’s School was designed to provide EHOs and student/trainee EHOs with the opportunity to acquire a professional suite of food surveillance skills and knowledge that will assist them in the demanding field of food safety.  EHA (NSW) INC sponsored a student member and the NSW Food Authority FRP sponsored a further two student places.

Food School Day Advanced Workshop - Wednesday 24 August 2011 - Holroyd Centre, Merrylands.

We listened to the feedback of our members and offered an advanced day. Officers have expressed interest in learning more about the legal process. It is the fear of the unknown that is most daunting for officers that have never attended court. A sneak peak at the process and hands on practice is vital to your success when the time does come. I encourage all officers that have the potential to go to court attend this session, as practice makes perfect and being familiar with the situation will assist greatly when the time actually comes to attend court. << Advanced Day Registration >>
